My Experience
I have had the honor of competing at an International and National level, and the Toronto Pro Bodybuilding show has been one of my greatest experiences.
Over the years I have tried and went through the extremes, including the positive and negative sides and was able to use these experiences to craft a hybrid workout plan that combines the techniques of traditional workouts and steroid use in fitness.
The aim is always to balance things and use both the newcomers and advanced users to showcase what properly mapped out steroid use and consistent training along with nutrition can do.
As much as I have spent countless hours in the gym working out, my interests are more with how each lift, each meal, and each full steroid cycle is scientifically handled. Facilitating athletes, doing research concerning sports nutrition, and even competing myself has allowed me to make an approach that embraces safe, controlled limits while aiming for optimal human performance.
Personal History and Philosophy
I started my personal fitness journey around my early twenties, and focused on gaining as much knowledge as I could about muscle building and fat reduction. At that point in time, my primary activity was weightlifting but with time, I became aware of steroid use in fitness.
However, there were already lots of gaps in relevant, trustworthy information. Most athletes relied on gossip or myths which were quite dangerous or untested. I wanted to fix that.
The Search for Wisdom and Equilibrium
I have spent a great deal of time in the past decade studying and educating myself on how training systems can interface with an organized use of steroids.
The drastic change in results and the specific dietary regimens rest patterns of the individual had further solidified to me the concept that no two individuals can be treated in the same manner. My philosophy emphasizes:
- Education: My approach advocates for an understanding of how steroids are used and supervised to the extent that one makes prudent choices and not simply the introduction of a steroid education and counseling program which is limited in scope;
- Adaptability: No matter if you are an elite steroid user trying to squeeze out the last bit performance or a new steroid user Learning some the tricks, your life has to change and so will your program;
- Sustainability: If the outcome is not sustainable, then it does not count for much. In my opinion fitness especially in steroid regimes should always be a long-term commitment balanced with recovery and evenness.
Competitive Drive and Experience
Gaining exposure from events such as the Toronto Pro Bodybuilding Show took my comprehension of physical training to another level. I learned that an elaborate cycle of steroid programing can shockingly elevate a competitor’s physical qualities all while conserving strength for grueling workouts.
The discipline, tracking, and humility I acquired from these on-stage experiences were important to learn from as my time off stage taught me so much more.
These also motivated me to work on building a true steroid bodybuilding guide, one that is rooted in factual and medically safe approaches as opposed to harmful, generic, do’s and don’ts.
It gives me immense pleasure to write for Steroids Online because I feel like I can for the first time show how I perfected these best practices through a lot of trial and error.

I do not believe in personal coaching as it is norm, instead I document my entire approach to training in a way that is simple for anyone to be able to understand and easily follow.

For example, adjusting the angle of a barbell while doing shoulder presses, optimal rest interval recommendations between sets – I would like to think of it as a virtual roadmap.
There are also key points I highlight, such as:
- A neutral spine should be maintained while deadlifting;
- Tempo should be controlled while hypertrophy segments;
- Range of motion modified to safe execution.

How I Structure Steroid Plans
One of the biggest misconceptions in bodybuilding is that one can assume the competency of a given sport by just using performance enhancers.
But in reality, a well designed and balanced routine that takes a steroid plan into deliberation alongside the requirements of the body for recovery yields the best results. This is how I do it.
Goals and Lifestyle Assessment

- Macronutrient Balance: Once the right proportion of proteins, carbs, and good fats are established, the body gets the raw substances it needs to create and maintain muscle tissues;
