Greetings! I am Doug Foster and I am very happy to greet you at my very own Steroids Online web page. With 15 years spent in competitive bodybuilding along with fitness based steroid use, I have devoted myself to how individualized workout plans along with the right supplementation can bring positive changes. 

I am not a personal trainer in the conventional sense; I do not work with individual clients, but rather, I record and share my favorite workouts with the world via special videos. 

My aim is to deliver effective training programs for steroid users coupled with clear, precise, and straightforward instructions in program clips that are accessible whenever. Wherever you work out, I want to make sure you have everything you need to improve your routine.

What Inspires Me

I am inspired by the thought that every individual, whether a novice or an advanced steroid athlete, can look for the best support without having to abandon their home or preferred gym. 

By demonstrating proper exercise technique, how to further your workout, and how effective workouts can coincide with disciplined steroid usage, my video programs seek to take away the guesswork from your exercise journey. 

From winning the PCA Gainesville Muscle contest to Atlanta Classic Championships, I have accumulated titles during my career. These wins have allowed me to see firsthand the level of effort, discipline, and research that is necessary in order to be in peak condition and is what I now incorporate into every single video I make for Steroids Online.

My Background and Philosophy

While I have spent a lot of time winning trophies, which one has to do a lot in bodybuilding, my true love is one which goes beyond that. I saw how difficult it is for many people to procure accurate intel about steroid utilization in fitness. 

Supplementing alongside training volume, recovery, and diet while being able to keep everything in sync is even harder to find. I aimed to narrow that gap and directed my energy to easily obtainable and well researched methods that could be followed through by any lucky individual.

Achievements and Contests

Before I delve into the video programs that I create, I’d like to elaborate a bit on my journey as a performer. 

To me, a body builder is a lot more than just a person who poses in front of thousands, it’s someone who has the grit, the proper framework, and the dedication towards the goal. Here are some of my outstanding achievements:

  • PCA Gainesville Muscle: 1st Place;
  • Atlanta Classic Championships: Overall Winner

The preparations for these contests not only required me to be in shape, but also to stay focused on the training timetable, recovery periods, and a balanced use of steroids. I won these contests mainly because of the strategized high volume training sessions coupled with sub-competitive mesocycles. 

Although winning was a great feeling, the greatest advantage was the experience I gathered throughout the process. This is what I intend to share with you in the workout videos I prepare for Steroids Online.

Every advanced journey starts with foundational work. In my beginner series, I emphasizes:

As you get stronger, try to intensify your workouts. This I believe is the greatest mantra for staying fit and healthy. In intermediate split, my workouts now include:

  • Muscle group splits: This is an upgrade to convenience as the splits gives the muscles enough time to recover while also managing to stay in sync with one’s steroid cycle;
  • Advanced Training Methods: The supercharged version of my Intermediate Muscle Building and Conditioning workout involves the use of supersets, drop sets and other complex techniques that will coincide the steroid cycles;
  • Nutritional Guidance: Ensure that the steroids you take are accompanied with a well structured dosage of supplements to enable more growth and conditioning.

Advanced Peak Performance

In my advanced insight videos my focus is on the stable users and how to enhance the effects of an organized steroid program cycle. Shifts in muscle group training should be dramatic such as doing back and legs separately, then arms, chest and shoulders in rotation with breaks in between.

  • Switching Up Your Training During Bulking: Expect changes in the expectancy. During the stimulation phase, integrate higher weights with moderate rep ranges and plyometric drills, during a cutting cycle shift to moderate weights with added cardio at the end;
  • Cycled Alterations: Reduce calories and increase the amount of cardio while focusing on moderate reps.

Nutritional Guide and the Supportive Supplementation

No matter how experienced a person is, no steroid training program guarantees success if the diet aspect is not catered to. 

However, I do not advocate for complete elimination of certain food groups or extreme diets. Allow me to explain:

Macronutrient Distribution

Adequate levels of muscle fibers replenishment alongside energy maintenance is possible with the appropriate ratio of protein, carbs and fats.

Meal Timing

Proper performance, recovery, and muscle repair support are very possible with effective meal timing. This is especially necessary when following a steroid bodybuilding program

Cycle-Friendly Menus

Strategic carb cycling with reduced calories and a surplus of protein with high calories is ideal for a cutting routine while a bulking cycle requires the opposite.

You can avoid making assumptions and losing your progress by using the strategies from my series and the steroid program you have chosen.

FAQ: My Method Towards Video Training

People wonder what the difference is between my work as an on-camera trainer versus a traditional on-set or one-on-one coach. Below are some questions that I often receive:

  • Can I still seek and receive personal advice on matters?

    Although I do not coach you in-person, my aim is for my videos to be simplistic enough to follow, systematic, and helpful. Every video includes movements that enable you to adjust the intensity to best fit your current fitness abilities.

  • How can I be sure that I am doing the exercises correctly?

    I do my very best to demonstrate each exercise as best as I can from different angles to mark the significant mistakes and right positions. You can also default the video to slower speeds, or even pause in order to properly follow my directions. 

    Even If you don’t feel confident in that option, perhaps use your phone to record your form and see how it looks when compared to the models.

  • What if I have plateaus?

    Plateaus are common, which is why I always have an advanced series and recommended different techniques to overcome them. Monitoring your steroid cycle and decreasing or increasing your volume, or rest can help emerge progress again.

  • Is there a program designed specifically for competition preparation?

    Although the majority of my videos deal with general muscle-building and strength videos, I do offer a glimpse into my show prep experience. If more information and competition are what you seek, then advanced programmes that incorporate carb cycling, advanced sets of hypertrophy, followed by rest phases do exist for you.

Reflecting back to my time spent in bodybuilding, knowledge together with its practical application is key to earning and sustaining real progress. I am of the opinion that combining an educational steroid plan with practical direction on the screen would allow the user make more informed decisions, train with a degree of certainty, and avoid the common pitfalls too many enthusiastic but under-educated lifters fall victim to.

As we develop together, filming more workouts and nutritional gaps is my goal. I will always be there, on your screen to show you how to do each and every set and rep whether it is your first time to the gym or you are attempting to perfect a steroid cycle. 

In the end, I imagine a place where science-driven methods and the right kind of demonstration comes together helping every single member go beyond what they think they are capable of.
